Say Hello To…

Collier is pleased to announce Gretchen Miller, Ph.D., P.E., as the newest member of the Collier Team. She joins the Round Rock Office as a Senior Groundwater Engineer. Previously, she was an associate professor of water resources engineering in the Zachry Department of Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University, where she taught fluid dynamics and groundwater engineering for thirteen years. Gretchen has a B.S. and M.S. in Geological Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a doctorate in Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. She has expertise in hydrogeology, well hydraulics and design, aquifer storage and recovery, manager aquifer recharge, and numerical modeling of groundwater flows. 

Gretchen is a member of the National Groundwater Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Geophysical Union. She has served on multiple groundwater-related advisory boards and peer review panels for local, state, and federal agencies. She is registered as a professional engineer in the state of Texas.
